Work with Me

  • Online somatic womb work sessions are 55 minutes long, offered in increments of 3 sessions, 6 sessions or 9 sessions depending on your needs.

    In these sessions we orient to the womb space and your relationship to the female body matrix. Throughout our time together, we can approach several topic areas like reinbahiting the pelvic bowl and womb, embodied cycle awareness work, holistic womb tending rituals, and cyclical nervous system mapping to leave you feeling more connected to your cyclical body.

  • New to holistic or traditional modalities of womb care? Looking to come off birth control but don’t know where to start? My Holistic Cycle Health Resourcing Call is for folks who need help orienting to the first steps. Together we discuss tailored resources for your situation, connect you to the right kind of care, and introduce fundamental lifestyle changes that honor your unique cyclical body and experience. You come out of this call with a clear idea of next steps and action items, with a detailed resource document.

  • This is where my self paced courses live. Cyclical Somatics is an online course covering the basics of cycle tracking, the mystic and mythic associations with each phase of our cycle, and somatic embodiment practices for each phase. Launching February 2025.

    Fertility Awareness Method courses that dive into cycle tracking for health and contraception will be offered in early 2026.

    My substack is also a place where all of my work lives in its intersections, in its wildness, and where storytelling animates all of these passions. Subscriber benefits include discounted group classes, guided somatic practices, and exclusive long form storytelling pieces.

  • Yonic! is my group class offering that weaves earth-based spirituality, somatics, and cyclical body awareness. We cover a range of topics from holistic period care, to cyclical nervous system awareness, feminine myth and folklore, and cycle tracking. Esoteric womb healing in community!

  • Moon Kin is my quarterly offering for the young ones nearing their first bleed. This 5 week series is for womb-bodied kids ages 10-11. Think of this as the warm, ritualized period literacy container we always wanted with equal bits practicality, mysticism, and play.

    $330 per family, up to 8 families per series.

  • Happening soon, in person on Duwamish/Coast Salish land. I’m always open to collaborating with other folks in similar realms, and teaching at aligned gatherings.
